Frame Photo Editor supports adding multiple photos to a background image. The background image could be a photo or a picture from the Internet or the like. Each photo added to the background could have a mask.

Click the button "Add Clips" on the left side of main window, and the Clip Setting will appear in the bottom of the main window. You may click the Tab "Cartoon", "Flower", or "Other Clips", to select a clip set. Then all the clips in the set you selected will show on the Clip Setting window. Click on the clip you want to insert into the current image, and the clip will show on the top-left of the Image Page. You can move, resize the add clips with you mouse.
