How to Preview & Capture pictures
Preview Videos
As you point at artwork of each file, the play button 
will appear on the middle to let you preview the
video. Click , then a preview window pops up.
Most of times, we preview the videos to check the videos, and get video clips by setting the start time and stop time.
Take snapshot
Before you capture pictures while previewing the videos, you need to set the preferences.

In the menu, choose the "Preference..."

And then set the "Default Snapshot Output Directory" to set the picture output path. You can also just let alone.

In the preview progress, you will find the capture button, just click it when you want to save some a movie view.

You can find the pictures by the picture output path.
