After your order is validated, our system will automatically send the registration information to your email within 2 hours. Once you receive the email, you can download the purchased product and enter the registration code to access the full version.
If you have not received the email within 12 hours, there are a few possible reasons:

To resolve this issue, please contact our support team at support@kigosoft.com. They will assist you in obtaining your registration information.
A registration code can activate the program on only one computer. The code will not work when you try to use it on a second or more devices.
And the registration code is not universal on Windows OS and macOS computers. A Windows license cannot be used on Mac computers and vice versa. If you purchased the wrong license by mistake, please repurchase the correct one and then send the order receipt to the service team at support@kigosoft.com. They will assist you in canceling and refunding the order of the wrong product.
